FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

Getting ready for the first day of school at Stephen Center. Many of us know how busy the first day of school can be at our homes. Imagine how is was at Stephen Center as our kids got ready for their first day. School bags were packed, extra tissue sent to the school teachers and everybody loaded up with the necessary school supplies for the first day of the new school year. Every one of the kids at Stephen Center were sent off well prepared and anxious to begin. Busses rolled up at various times to transport the children to the appropriate school. Saturday night saw 18 children living at Stephen Center.

We are grateful to Omaha Public School system for their quick assistance as most of these children have only very recently arrived at Stephen Center.
