Cruise Away to the 50's

Stephen Center's Cruise Away to the 50’s was held Saturday, March 21st at Champion's Run. The 50's themed evening featured a silent and live auction, dinner, limbo and hula-hoop contests and dancing to the Grease band. The annual event is sponsored by the Stephen Center Guild. Don and Lorie Lewis were the event's honorary chairs and Mamie Jackson, Karine Mentzer and Brenda Nelson were the event chairpersons.

Over 200 people attended the event which raised over $50,000 for the Stephen Center. The funds will be used for the Emergency Shelter, the HERO Program which is a state-licensed substance abuse treatment center and the Transitional Living Program.
